I was at this clinic for the very first time this morning and was so worried about my cat. They took good care of her. They were very nice and professional. My cat don't like many people, but she likes the vet she got. He gave good explanation about her condition and manage to calm me in the process . The visit didn't burst my budget, was very affordable. He answered all my questions and I had a lot. Fast, efficient, affordable, professional, good service, nice employees. Thank you so much. I found my new vet clinic!!

If i could give 0 i would. By far the worst experience out of all vet's I’ve been to. First off, I called to make sure they handled rats as not all vets do, the receptionist reassured saying they did. I explained that my rat had a really bad eye infection and may need to have it removed, She recommended I see Dr.lesage. I present myself to see Dr. Lesage, who they claim handles exotic animals. He prescribes the rat drops even though I advised him drops would not work as they haven’t. After 3 weeks, rats eye is worse and needs to be removed as I had originally said. I call back and the receptionist rudely answers the phone saying I’ll have to find another vet. I’m clearly upset because they just billed me $130 to open a file an d drops that didn’t work. I ask if they will transfer the money I paid to open the file just 3 weeks ago($80) and she says no and hangs up on me . Now I’m left finding another vet, spending another $80 to open another file and redo the whole exam we had just done. They were by far the worst experience I ever had. ( FYI Clinique Vétérinaire Beaubien is just amazing, I go to them for my cats and they would never have done such a thing.. sadly they do not handle exotics and don’t pretend to )

Very very disgusted! Last year I came in to get my dog examined and see why she is limping, and the vet didn't even physically examine my dog! All the vet did was look at her and ask me to make her walk, and obviously in that moment by dog didn't walk with a limp and I was told there was nothing wrong. One year later and she is still doing it so obviously there is something wrong! She goes up and down the stairs with a limp jumps off and on the couch with a limp and etc. Now what do you guys expected me to do, come back and give you guys more money just to tell me that theres nothing wrong just like I did last year. I bring her in for her yearly check-ups here and that was good, I was also thinking about getting a teeth cleaning done but now I'm rethinking that. All I'm saying is that if last year's examination was done properly she wouldn't be limping now, but this is done all on purpose so people need to come back and spend more money.

Im lost for words brought in my minou said she had mammary cancer did physical exam only no idea guess they new it was that told she had 3 months to live less 3 months later she coughing bad cant breath shaking not eating or drinking for 3 days she didnt eat didnt drink probably longer dying infront of us wish they helped her wish they gave us something for her pain no idea why they didnt for her last days ...didnt even say proper good bye because of this .. no idea of what to do we decide to put her down end her suffering any longer im guessing it spread lungs .water in the lungs they never even mentioned this was goin happien still not sure if was really right decision still feeling guilty
