I go walking here with my dog. It's a great place to bring them if it's not in the middle of a hunting season. Please check the DNR hunters manual to see if there are hunters in there as getting shot probably isn't on your "to do" list. There is good mountain biking and horse trails as well, but once again...just beware of the hunting seasons.

The location that Google leads you to is not the correct address. It took me another 15 minutes of driving around to find the actual entrance, then I had a walk about a mile until I actually got to where the trail started. This want to be such a problem if I didn't have two big dogs that could only handle about three miles of walking so I wasn't able to get very far into the trail. Was pretty inconvenient.

I always see a ton of geese, ducks and deer. I only have been able to hunt pheasant here though. I think it has been walked a bit too much lately as I only saw two roosters the 5 times I've went this year.
