Walked in today and stood for a half a hour at the new richmond wi location while another couple were being helped. At that time after a half a hour my daughter and I were asked what we needed. I responded with both my daughter and I needed screen protectors replaced under the life time warranty. The response I received back was that we needed to register and deal with the screen protectors on our own wich i would of been ok with and that would of been enough but then she had to elaborate that the old management was doing that for customers as they have for me and that was loosing money for that store and that is why they got fired and are no longer there!!! That's pretty piss poor and unprofessional of the new and supposedly improved management to conduct behavior and business if you ask me!!!! After spending over $4000.00 on phones and accessories over the past five years there I am fore sure that they will never make another dime off of me or get my business again!!! Very unprofessional.. bye

Worst store I've visited. The woman that upgraded a phone for me added insurance without asking, she later claimed I asked for it. A 170.00 phone with insurance that requires a 100.00 deductable? Hmm, 10.00 per month insurance on and 100.00 deductable on a cheap phone? I don't think so. Wanted a screen protector but failed to disclose it was 50.00 until after she slapped it on the phone and claimed they don't sell the film protectors, only glass. She lied about the capability of the jet pack. Once it hits 3G, it doesn't function worth a damn. Steer clear of this location, not that any Verizon store will be much better.

Worst store I’ve ever been to, disrespectful, not customer oriented and charge you for things that you shouldn’t be charged for. They say one thing and do another and are not helpful

Terrible service, staff had no clue what they were selling or what options were available for a new Samsung Note. A larger gentleman belittled the other employee, and talked down to customers. All in all the worst cell phone store I have ever been to, and I will never go again.

The customer is always informed of all their options when inquiring about their account and how it fits and works for their needs!!
