Instead of going to other computer repair places nearby I drive to new Richmond computers because of the quality of character of the owner and employees. Tony the owner is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I'm so glad I found such a reliable place with so much to offer!

These guys never cease to amaze me.  I wouldn't contemplate going anywhere else for my computer needs.  Bought an amazing machine from them about 6 months ago, and have had excellent experiences dealing with them.  You wont be disappointed

Nice to have an option other than Geek Squad in the area, but wish they'd call first with estimates as requested (has happened to us more than once).
