Verizon Authorized Retailer, TEAM Wireless

I went there because my pictures were not being saved to my SD card. After waiting in line for over a half hour the manager took care of me. She didnt have any idea if why it wouldn't save to my sd. After quite some time she decided to call tech support. After about a half hour of that she told me that she figured it out. She said she transferred all my 679 pictures to my sd card and that now I had doubles of everything. I was to go and delete all is the ones on my internal storage and from now on every time I take a picture i have to go to my files and then the 3 dots upper right corner and click transfer and then where I want it transferred to. That sounded a bit ridicous....,but...ok... later that night i decided to go thru and delete the ones on my internal storage. Well.. they were gone!!all 679 pictures. They were no where. After another visit with the store and Verizon tech support for 3 hours... they were no where saved. When reading the message between the store manager and their tech support on my phone the support was explaining the steps to take to transfer my pictures. When he explained what step to do she said there's nothing there to transfer. He said, then there are no pictures to transfer. Apparently they were already gone. She knew this and sent me on my way with the understanding I had doubles of all my pictures and that she transferred then all. After complaining and calling Verizon, the owner of the privately owned Verizon store in menominee called me. After explaining what happened..i got"Sorry". He will make this s learning tool..ok.a learning experience for his staff!!! At MY expense!! What a slap in the face...I plan to take this further. I guess ill try with the BBB. SORRY just doesn't cut it!

I love the professional staff at this Verizon store. Selena and Sara are my favorites. They go above and beyond to help customers. I truly appreciate the friendly kind service they offer. They make everyone feel successful! Thank you Verizon!!

Watch out they'll try to and all kinds of hidden costs to your bill. They also have all commission Base employees and they will do anything to make a money.

These people are terrible they do not help me. All they have told me to do is call a number every time i go there.. I thought that was suppose to be their job... TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS BRANCH!!

Not a good experience , staff is somewhat rude and did not implement the correct plan. Phone service is in and out all over the city
