Got to he one of the few physical video stores left.  Staff is always friendly and willing to help.  Sign up for text alerts and you will get deals sent to your phone often.  Also don't forget to look at their digital code available. You can often get new movies for cheap.

This location is AMAZING!!! Super friendly staff and crazy good prices!!! Plus, the staff has excellent customer service and actually show passion for what they do bringing happiness/joy and entertainment into people's simple tri-city lives!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Family Video!!!!!! Oh n I advise setting up a membership for only ten bucks a month for 50 percent off everything!!!!

All the new movies on blu ray and DVD.  Cheap rentals and kids movies are free.  Very good selection of video games for all consoles.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! The Manager John is awesome, he sparks up a conversation with you at check out and is always very helpful when it comes to suggesting movies!!! I can rent any video I want here like I can at block buster.  Friendly service and fair prices. Just take your movies back on time before they hit ya for late fees.

Great service, staff is very friendly. CBD is readily available and in different varieties. Also has a good selection of candy and snacks available.

I have always had good experience with this place when my dvd skips I tell them bam I'm given refund they guarantee their movies sometimes movies get old and cleaning them is no longer option so they replace with new one that all you have to do is let them know they don't have magical powers ability to know which movies work which don't people will litterly damage DVDs bring them back guess what they get busy can't check DVD see if it not broke so it goes back on shelf

Great place to rent hard to find videos.  24 hour drop box too.  Very friendly staff willing to do the extra mile to find your request.
