Easy to walk in as they are located on the VA grounds. Like BECU and other financial institutions, you can get receipt images of your deposited checks and you don't need an envelope. If you come in, pick up the free chap stick or a pen.

They were good until I TRIED to call for my final loan payment tried all three branches 6 times each got a hold of one person he put me on hold and after 5 minutes of waiting I hung up. Bad phone service

I was defrauded by someone with a clear criminal history and the bank still placed me as the person responsible. I'm on disability and the bank was unwilling to recognize that or work with me other than to take the remainder of my meager disability check and tell me I have to file with the police anyway after a known criminal wrote me bad checks.

Update: the bank made me sign a promissory note that stated I would pay $90 a month until the debt was paid off to avoid any negative actions towards me. This note was notarized and I have been paying the amount agreed on. Yesterday I got a letter in the mail that they're sending me to collections. This bank is rotten to the core. Don't do business with them.
