It was great to spend such a hot day in this place. I liked the side of the beach I was in, it was peaceful and nice. The other side of the beach was horrible, a lot of people leaving their beer cans around and their garbage and listening to very loud music, it was very disturbing to walk around that part :
Verdun beach is small but I like it for the convenience. It is in the city, near metro, and there are lots of restaurants near by. The water is not clear, there are only 2 small public outdoor showers.
Very small family beach with a small swim area and murky muddy water. I couldn't even get my feet in the water today because they had a sewage overflows somewhere in the area. Lifeguards were very nice. The only good thing about it is that it's in close proximity to a really good thrift store and a really good boulangerie.
Small beach with lots of people on summer days. But still get maintained well. Will go back on a day less crowded for sure
Cute mini beach neighbouring Arthur Therrien Park. Plenty of sand space for volleyball and badminton which for the most part is separated from the trail with trees. Ideal for picnics, kayak rowing and relaxing on the massive stones.
