Always a pleasure to shop here. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Service is quick. Store is a little small for all the products they carry. Parking is an issue and parking with a trailer sometimes requires good fortune and patience. Because the staff is efficient parking does free up regularly. Hours of operation are sometimes an issue. Great store to shop at!

My wife and I have recently purchased property in the area. And being home Reno type we wanted to check out the local home hardware. And we have to say what a wonderful welcome to the community. Super friendly staff and really impressive stock of tools and home supplies which pretty much checked off our list of what we needed for the new house. Really appreciate the people and helpful atmosphere of all the staff. Can’t wait until our next visit. Thanks for the friendly and helpful service.

Very poorly laid out. Messy. Very poor service. Fine if nothing else is open but would not recommend. Came to this conclusion after multiple visits over a month.

Visited a few weeks ago. The people at the front were great, helped me find the tool i was looking for. Tool was on a discount and needed a price change and he called for the owner who was by the aisle, we waited and he paged her, she proceeded to ignore the page and continued talking with whoever she was speaking with paged 2 times more before she finally left her conversation to come and do the price change. Staff here were great, but need to hire more people or make it easier to get through the front. Waited 15 minutes for a price change that could have taken 2 minutes.
