IGA Lac La Biche

We're out camping in Lac La Biche and we went to town to IGA and my wife went to pay and the lady in front of her didn't have her Air Miles card and asked my wife if she wanted her Air Miles the wife said sure,it was $900 worth so ya it was a good visit...

my partner and I were delighted, to find IGA. in store deli, and bakery. great selection of produce and super prices. friendly staff, almost tour guides

Great place to shop. They have a few unique items like Lebanese bread and cabbage rolls in the freezer section.

Great also had fresh cinnamon rolls

Friendly staff but some at till not so much sorry lol the staff is much more friendly a few at the tills lol stop acting like yr better than anyone

They have the best cuts of meat

Grocery workers Could have better Customer service skills, grocery workers sometimes walk away on you fast while you try ask them questions. Some til workers are great!! But when you do go There to shop for food, it feels like the workers don't smile or just don't like being there to work. I have worked in groceries for almost 17 years, I know how to make customers feel welcomed and for them to know they can ask me questions anytime. Great customer service skills can go along way for a grocery store. For those working hard and trying your best at Sobeys IGA in Lac la Biche, I commend you and respect you for it. Thankyou!!

Love this store, the owners are always so welcoming, the prices are very reasonable, not to mention meat products are cost effective. I always shop local to support our IGA/ Sobeys family. Keep up the great work. Darryl Shott
