Point system is a scam.........nn. I have 0 zero friends or family that could be apart of the equation. I come to this community on a, as needed basis. I purchased a large amount of spirits. Approximately 1.75 litres per time.nnI was repetitively offered a discount. I did not take the discount. I then returned to the lac la biche community. After contributing a day of labour to support this great community. I went to purchase alcohol.nnDue to poor inventorynnI then requested my discount to be told there was none.nnAs I mentioned before. I have no friends or family on this town . It must have been there staff.

Great selection. Decent prices.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Jocelyn, the manager at the Lac La Biche Great Canadian Liquor Store. Great costumer service, super friendly, polite and helpful. We have been in there a few times, it’s sure nice to be greeted with a smile, she is damn good at her job.

Cheapest prices in town. Prices start at $20 for a 26 sometimes lower. All of the other stores charge $25 and up for a 26. They also carry premium drinks that the other stores don’t have. Not only that, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. It’s always clean and the freezer is nice and cold.

There is an older lady that works there, she is miserable, impolite, very rude when you try ask her questions about certain product. I have went there many times with different new customers and they share the same opinion as me. If she doesnt enjoy her job, then why work there? If you cant be polite and show the same respect as customers give you, then why work there?...I also noticed when her boss Jocelyn is working at the same time as her, her attitude changes and acts like she loves her job and becomes a better worker. I would give a better review if this lady shows more respect towards customers and answers them without the snooty remarks she gives, also she likes to threaten people to have them banned from the store if she doesnt like them asking her to at least smile. Thats power tripping! She needs to change her attitude big time!
