A visit to Venere is a wonderful relaxing experience. It is a clean bright welcoming salon with friendly, knowledgeable experienced professional staff. I have been going there for years. Nikoleta is very skilled at cutting, coloring and finishing hair. She is a wonderful listener and offers excellent advice on current styles. It is always a pleasure to leave feeling like you are looking your best!

I have been coming to Venere for a while now. I always find the staff at the salon professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Reem at the Milton location. She is a good listener and always works hard to ensure that my colour and cut looks great. I've been coming to the Milton location for almost 15 years and the service has always been exceptional. My hairstylist is Nikoleta who is amazing and I've had color and haircuts done by other stylists at this location and they were great as well. Mostly I enjoy their service, however, the last visit was terrible as a trainee washed my coloured hair and when she cleaned the hairline, the cotton swab was soaking wet and when she wiped, it went in my right eye like a waterfall. I had to rush to the washroom to rinse my eyes thoroughly. I don’t get it what’s the point of booking your app with a particular person, and after colouring, any random person can do the washing and treatment? In my case, the person who did the treatment and washed my hair was very much under training. Terrible experience

I’ve been a client of Michelle Waugh at Venere Milton for 10+ years, and for a reason: high end services, high quality products, competitive pricing try getting your services in south Halton or Toronto with friendly, genuine staff. I made the mistake of visiting another ‘high end’ salon two years ago because I was away and impatiently wanted highlights…what a disaster! My hair felt like straw, which it hadn’t in YEARS. Thankfully Michelle put me on the right products to repair the damage as much as possible, but now, two years later, I have breakage at my ends like i have NEVER had before the last of the damaged hair. You get what you pay for, and in the case of Michelle, and Venere, you get more. If you care about hair health, stylists who keep up with the latest in hair education, and great service, do yourself a favour and switch salons. My intention for writing this review is in hopes to improve the communication provided to clients walking through your doors in the future. I received services recently which included a balayage colour and cut as well as purchased two products from the salon. I’d like to begin by stating the stylist was friendly and efficient. I have no issues with my cut or colour. Upon arrival I was advised that “I’m looking at $350”. This was of course much more than the starting price for balayage also the last mention of costs I’d be responsible for. As cost was mentioned so quickly prior - I had assumed that the cost of $350 included my cut as I had booked for a cut and color. Upon being cashed out .. I was charged $604 not including tip. I had no mention made of the additional 88 dollars for the cut which I would have gladly declined as I was not expecting to spend this amount on my hair. The two products I purchased totalled $97.00 which leaves services of $438 before tax not explained. In the future I hope you can be more forthcoming about the prices you expect clients to pay as the quoted price wasn’t described effectively.Services: Balayage

I got my hair cut with Nikoleta, she’s amazing and hd great advice on hair products. I did the oily scalp treatment and usually my hair gets oily the next day but it didn’t so i definitely recommend her especially if you’re going for a short haircut and have fine hair!Service: Hairstyling

ABSOLUTELY loved what Sarah Westwood did with my hair. I wanted a bright pink balayage, she totally understood what I wanted and also what was best for my hair type. I got so many compliments, to the point that I actually had a lady stop her car by me, roll down her window, while I was walking to my car at a Walmart parking lot and ask me where I got that beautiful pink colour done to my hair. … and that is just one example. I even enjoyed the whole fading process of the colour, since it faded so well, going into a pastel pink instead of going orange or a weird brown. Would recommend Venere to any one who’s afraid to experiment with their hair. At Venere they take care of your hair, listen and try to get you the look that you really want!Service: Hair coloring

At Venere I finally found the stylist for me - Nikoleta is wonderful, for every visit she makes sure to understand what I’m looking for and that I leave happy. She’s a great colorist and stylist.
