Edit: reducing stars because after 1 wash the color is almost gone from the lower end and at top it becomes the one i really didn't want. Such a disappointment. This was supposed to last 6 weeks. I had a highlight and blow dry. The color was exactly what i wanted. The place was clean. The staff was cooperative and considerate. The price was reasonable as well. Definitely be coming again.

I went here 2-3 times and all visits i had negative experience with different ladies. Hence my review is not based on just one visit. Unclean and unwelcoming environment. They had completed a haircut for a previous customer and then called me. But without cleaning/sanitizing the chair or even cleaning the hair from The floor! Very unhygienic!! For eyebrow threading, two times the lady messed up my eyebrow shape. Third time i asked her to thread and she said do wax as it’s better. I said it doesn’t suit my skin and prefer threading. She kept on insisting but finally did threading. But she was not happy and did very roughly and i got a couple cuts. She kept on stopping and saying “i am so tired and threading is hard work, standing on feet all day, my hands hurt.” I understand it’s hard work but complaining to the customer that too in the middle of proving a service. Then I understood why she wanted to do waxing; it’s easier for her and faster. She just wanted to get it over with. Well, i am out of there. I am never going there and would not recommend anyone.

I absolutely love this place! I only ever go here to get my eyebrows done because I have never walked out of those doors unsatisfied with my eyebrows. Literal works of art every single time I step out of their salon. They are incredibly kind and hard working as well :Service: Eyebrow threading

Most pathetic service ever! Only runs because it’s cheaper than other places in Milton. They book appointments and won’t take you on time. While waiting for my own appointment they’ve over booked the same Time to 2 other people. Isn’t an appointment slot supposed to be for just one person, and you book someone else in another slot? The nicer girl for threading hasn’t been seen and now hired some new slow lady! Pathetic people who won’t know what an appointment means, and lack customer service!Service: Eyebrow threading

Asked the lady to wash her hands before providing a Brazilian wax as previous waxes at this location the woman did not wash her hands. The woman told me she already washed her hands and that she should have more concern as opposed to me. This comment confused me. She then left the room leaving the door slightly open, at which point I was ready to leave. As I head out she’s in the common area telling her coworker I asked her to wash her hands…such a bizarre experience. Never had issues at the Trewlawny location…was a longtime customer there. Won’t be going back to Nipissing location again however. Please ask your waxers to wash their hands before and after. Basic safety and good health protocols.

The owner himself is a good hair dresser as he learned his job well ,, i always get my beard done from him ,, he is also a very kind person , you get to know once you sit and talk to him ,,,, god bless

Got my eyebrows done for the first time from this place. The woman doing my eyebrows hurt me soo much. I’ve never been in this much pain before while getting my eyebrows done. I left with half of my eyebrows gone. I told her to remove extras and keep the shape, and my eyebrows which are normally thick were pencil thin, uneven and not the same shape as each other. I’ll have to fill them in for the next month until it grows back. Horrible.Service: Eyebrow threading

The most disgusting experience ever!!!! I would not suggest anyone to go there and do there work. the most un professional and dirty place ever. I may not remove my comment even if the salon workers would say me to remove I will never ever and I hate this salon. Guys avoid going there!!!!!Service: Hairstyling
