This is my new favourite! The flavour profile is mouthful and lovely - hits all the right notes. What this means: you have a new excited customer. :- While this is going to be a seasonal beans, I’ll be exploring other similar flavour profiles as time goes. I used to travel around 20+kms to get my beans, which I will happily invest in Velvet!
Haven't had as good a cup of americano as this single origin Honduras El Aguacate Washed Pacas in a long time ! Nailed it on the tasting notes! I totally got the dried apple!! Truly enjoyed it and will be back for more!
Came here to buy beans and get some coffee. Great experience overall. Iced Americano was excellent and the espresso was delicious. This light roasted I picked up was excellent as well. Will go here again

Great place to get freshly roasted coffee beans. Usually I go there every 1-2 months and pick up a few different ones. Since switching almost exclusively to this shop a few years ago I can say that the quality has always been consistently high. They mostly sell to restaurants but whenever I drop by their Stouffville location see other people buying beans there. It is possible to order from their web site too, or at least check what is available. You can also get a cup made for you there as they have a professional espresso machine. Depending on the kind of coffee I sometimes fiddle with how fine or coarse I grind it or try different brewing method. This coffee should not be mixed with any milk cream or sugar. It is too good for that and as it cools it develops more and more taste notes.
Amazing local family owned business. I used to get their beans from Village Grocer but once I discovered they were close by I buy direct. The coffee is incredible and they often have unique lots which are fun to try. Highly recommended.
