Situated in a pleasant town. Small yet comfy and cozy but welcoming. The unique flavours were interesting appealing and refreshing. The staff were wonderful and well mannered! The price is equivalent to all the bubble tea shops, approximately $6 for a reg size. Overall a great place to enjoy an out door and a good drink.
First time here today. The service was great. The girl at the cash was super patient and friendly. The quantity was good. Look forward to trying other flavors. We got the strawberry cheesecake bubble tea and the lychee slush. Happy they have dairy free options on various drinks. I gave it 4 stars based on pricing. $7-9 for a drink is still pretty high in my mind. Wish the tapioca was included in the price. If was cheaper I would be back more often for sure!
I got the strawberry cheesecake bubble tea and it was amazing! Even at 25 percent sugar it still hits. The mango slush however was a tad disappointing in flavour. The customer service was amazing with friendly and courteous staff making the experience better. The parking situation also isn’t too bad as there is a parking lot situated a 4 minute walk away away from the shop.
Got a roasted milk tea with pudding and taro milk tea with grass jelly, both were delicious!! Can’t wait to try their other teas and toppings. I’ve been to other Palgong locations before and this one definitely holds up to the others. Excited to see this location do well! It would be nice to expand the list of customizable options in the future i.e. adding less than 25% sugar and less ice as an option. Went during their grand opening weekend so understandably it was busy and took longer than what you would expect. We will definitely be back once the promotional week ends :
I was visiting Stouffville the other day and stopped by Palgong Tea to try it out, it just so happened to be on their grand opening day which was very busy. I was surprised to see all of the different drink and food options that they had to offer and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of their store. The drink I got was delicious and the service was exceptional! I was very impressed with my experience, considering how swamped they were with customers while also professionally managing the current Covid restrictions and supply chain issues that every business is dealing with these days. I will definitely visit this place again when I'm in the area and recommend it to anyone who lives in the area.
Finally, a bubble tea shop in Stouffville! Was really excited to try this place out. Even on their opening week, this place was packed full, so beware! There is also only limited street parking, so I recommend grabbing the first parking spot you see. There is also public parking a little farther south for the park/community centre, but you'll have to walk a few minutes and cross the road. The staff were all very knowledgeable in their products and sweetness level. My mom isn't a big fan of super sweet things, so I got her the strawberry earl grey milk tea. For myself, I got the strawberry cheesecake milk tea. The cashier told me the strawberry earl grey isn't very sweet due to the bitterness of the earl grey tea, so I got 100% sugar, but it wasn't sweet at all! Wish I got extra honestly. They also advised that the milk they used for that is lactose-free, which I really appreciated mom is lactose. As for the strawberry cheesecake - I think this is one of my all-time favourites now! It's quite pricey about $7-8 for what it's worth but the cheesecake flavour is very unique. Tip: Be sure to look at their menu online and order ahead if possible. The place is quite small and can only comfortably fit about 5 people before it gets really crowded. Not to mention they also have promotional posters up, so the space is a bit smaller. You wouldn't want to be waiting too long outside in the cold!
Great addition to the community! Hubby got the coconut coffee smoothie. Really good, but next time I would get 25%-50% sweet. I had the coconut chai tea, not overpowering with a hint of coconut. Can't wait to try something new!
It's cool that there are caffeine-free drinks, and the service is super friendly. I will have to come back and try the different flavours to give it a 5-star.Food: 4/5
Went for the first time this evening, had 3 drinks and they were all delicious. We had the mint chocolate smoothie, mango smoothie and a lychee smoothie with tapioca. We also had a couple cotton candy macarons. The drinks were fabulous. Consumed too quickly for a picture! and the macarons, were amazing! The staff were helpful in narrowing down some good drink options. This tea shop is a wonderful addition to Main St.
Amazing customer service, very friendly Ordered mint chocolate milk tea, strawberry cheesecake milk tea, original Silvana, and matcha tiramisu. The drinks were on the sweeter side. Mint sugar level is fixed, hot- the drink wasn't even full to the top when remove the cap, and there isn't much chocolate taste. It tastes more like mint milk. To people who don't like sweet that much, this drink is considered sweet. Strawberry Cheesecake Milk tea 50%sugar and cold- love the cream and strawberry of this drink. To people who love sweet, I think 50% is good, but can add milk to the drink if it is too sweet. Definitely will order again. First time trying Silvana, it tastes pretty good. Love the buttercream and the crunch with the meringue. It might consider sweet to people who not a fan of macarons
