Amazing staff! Happy and so very helpful. They get you in fast un like other places. I take all my animals there and I am very happy I found them when I moved to south east calgary. I highly suggest any vet at this VCA. Photo of my cat enjoying the sink in an exam room.
Consistently pleased with the doctors at this VCA. I live just around the corner with a houseful of animals and when one of them has an ailment of any kind, they’re there to help. Great hours, friendly staff, amazing doctors. And CARE CLUB. The last visit with Dr. Goulding, I had thought my Button had a tumour on her chin. Turned out to be acne, but Dr. Goulding was supportive and detailed. Thanks for keeping my babies happy and healthy.
I had to to take my dog in last minute for an emergency after calling a bunch of vets and they were the only ones able to get me in right away, Dr Goulding was so kind and caring to me and my willow, she was gentle and made sure to answer all my questions, I ended up signing up for their VCA care club insurance which covered a lot of the costs of the appointment as well as I now can rest assured my puppy is covered and in great hands if anything happens again. My girl is already feeling better the day after too. Thank you so much for helping me and my puppy!
The staff here are awesome. I recent transfer my very large puppy here and they made an anxious dog feel welcome. Just recently had my dog neutered here and they provided the utmost care and made sure that I was well inform of pre and post surgery. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Caring place. We arrived half an hour before closing with no appointment with a minor emergency for a puppy that we were dogsitting. The front desk staff were so helpful in getting us in to see the vet! We had a follow-up appointment a few days later -- and we weren't even charged very much for the whole thing.
Would 100% go to this vet again. Best experience Ive ever had at a vet, everyone was super nice and helpful. They were great with my cat. Highly recommend
Went here for a second opinion after a terrible experience with another vet. Left feeling reassured and very pleased with their course of action and genuine care for my dog. Transferred to this vet!
We found out this clinic back in 2019 as we were at semi emergency and this is the only clinic opened till late. Dr Tracy Stevens was Tinkerbell's doctor,she's very patient and knowledge which really listened to our concerns,Tinkberbell was recovered.we have 3 cats and since then we always go to VCA. Staffs are very friendly and helpful as well! Like they move one more step for me for the insurance kick in wavie waiting period for a new policythey sent everything to the insurance which I don't have to contact the insurance again. 5 stars for VCA shawnessy!I appreciated that we found them
Good experiences previously but last issue our cat had we were not taken seriously. Had to take him to a different vet to get him properly diagnosed.
This place has never turned us in the wrong direction. Some vets pull on your heart strings so you spend spend . Not here there always looking out for you and your pet . We have been coming here for 14 years + . Can't not say enough about them
