All of the staff are easy to talk to! My dog required special care & they always accommodate me. Overall I think they are 1 of the better Animal Clinics for this area.

Amazing service for a pretty modest amount of money and Dr Pender is a very caring person who will take the time to explain his diagnosis and answer your questions thoroughly. He even opened up his clinic for us on a Saturday evening for what we thought was an emergency. Other people saw the lights on at the clinic and showed up with their pets and Dr Pender wouldn't turn them away until he saw their pets. Highly recommended!!!!!

Can't even describe the love care and kindness of the doctors and staff when we took our 3 year old cat in for a blocked urinary tract. Pinnacle is definitely a 5 star vetinary hospital.  Thank you from the bottom of our heart. Willy is doing great.
