Best Animal hospital i know ! The staff if very loving and caring with the animals, the receptionists are very polite and are always willing to help! The doctors are very patient, kind and always willing to explain anything that i didnt understand. I love this location they always make me feel welcomed and i know my pets in good hands when i come here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a vet :)

I want to preface and say that all the staff are VERY kind and they were really good with my dog. I would be giving this place five stars if it wasn't for the incident below.

First appointment for rabies shot went well and the doctor was very caring. 

The second appointment was with a groomer, who was also very sweet and mentioned my dog was one of the most pleasant to groom. But we noticed after we picked him up he was sightly limping on his back paw. We figured it was a tiny nick in his paw and assumed it would heal. The next morning we took him to the dog park, and as soon as he started to run, his nail had snapped off and was bleeding. My dogs had never had ANY issues before this groom, or any other groomer for the past 7 years we had taken him.

I went in immediately to the vet so they could take care of it.

A well priced groom that was at 63 dollars, now ended up costing me a grand total of 230 dollars for an examination, a nail removal and antibiotics. I mentioned that he was problem free before, but the technician just said that was their fee. No sorry, no sympathy. I am very upset and disappointed to see a complete lack of accountability for mistakes they were responsible for.

My pet will not be returning.
