Vaughn’s Plumbing & Heating Co. was established in 1963 and provides services to Rock Springs and the surrounding areas. We are a plumbing and heating contractor and service company that has developed a solid reputation of providing quality service at competitive prices. We have three major departments that include a Plumbing and HVAC Service Department; a Residential Furnace and Air Conditioning Installation Department; and a Commercial Contracting and Construction Department. We are a Premier Lennox Dealer and are proud to represent their line of equipment. We also offer a variety of other brands including: Aire-Flo, Modine, Coleman Revolv, L.G., Mitsubishi, Rinnai, Lochinvar, Burnham, Bradford White, and AO Smith. Our furnace went out late in the evening.  We called and their expert and I tried troubleshooting it over the phone.  I could not figure it out,  so they had a service technician over first thing the next morning.  While the technician was at our house he did courtesy checks on all of our gas appliances. (Water heater,  furnace,  fireplace). The technician found our furnace was not functioning properly and tagged it unusable due to fire danger and carbon monoxide levels.  I then called Keaton and Gavin to find out what my next steps were.  They promptly got me a bid on a replacement that was far less then I expected,  and had a crew over yet again promptly to get the old one replaced.  Excellent and timely service at a fair price.  What more could I ask.  Simply the best.

Well, not sure where the hacking comments are coming from. I know this business personally and they are not computer hackers. Perhaps it's because people are so ignorant they don't realize that hackers use ghosted relay locations so they don't get caught... thus pointing to an innocent party and creating a scapegoat of them. But hey, that's none of my business.

Anyway, though a little over priced compared to others, they are worth the price. They have provided punctual service and met my every expectation. In my industry as a designer, I deal with many contractors. They have by far proven to be one of the best commercial HVAC contractors in the southern half of the state. Recommend without hesitation.

This company is garbage, don’t waste your time.  I had them out last Wednesday because my kitchen sink wasn’t draining.  They came to my house without a snake and instead poured a liquid down the drain to see if it would unclog.  That didn’t work so they went back to their building to get the snake.  Technician later called from their building and told me the other plumber had the snake and that he would be back out in 2 hours to finish the job.  I didn’t hear from them at all until the following week on Monday when I CALLED THEM to have them come back out to finish what they started.  Appointment was Tuesday and was told they’d be out by 10:00.  Of course they didn’t show up at 10:00, I called them at 1:00 to see when they’d be out.  They told me I was still next to be seen.  They never came out, let alone a courtesy call to reschedule.  Avoid this company, it’s not worth wasting your time.

I would appreciate it if the people at this establishment- not even in my damn state - would never AGAIN try to hack my google account. I don't think you realize that Google tracks these things and gives the locations of suspicious login attempts, via Google Maps. Because as I've said- I live no where NEAR your location. I'm all the way in a different state, yet someone has tried to access my account from your business. I can see from other review comments, this has happened before to other people. Why not do us all a solid and work on improving your business and NOT trying to hack into private accounts. Cause even the legitimate reviews on your services don't look so good... :(

Vaughn's were quick to come out to our house and clear out lines. They went above and beyond just a service call and really helped us in our time of need.
