I've been happy with service from Charlie's for many years. They are competent, friendly and get the job done right the first time. We've had repairs, faucet installations and other work done over the years and are very happy. Electronic bills come quickly and can be paid on-line.

I'm so glad to have the opportunity to praise this family company. From the pleasant and understanding HUMAN voice that answered the phone on the first ring to the handshake when the job was done, Charlie and his son-in-law excelled in service and efficiency. I called early morning and they were here to clear a clogged drain line within a couple of hours, making great use of texting to minimize the wait. I had already contributed to the cardinal plumber's nightmare by using a 'clog-busting' liquid, but there was no judgement or recrimination! Charlie and his helper work tidily, quickly and soon diagnosed and solved (or rather dis-solved the problem!) In an age of automated voices on the phone and long waits for visits, Charlie's Plumbing exceeding expectations for quality service and small town friendliness. They set the bar very high for competing businesses. I highly recommend this 'dynamic duo'!

We had a horrible leak in our garbage disposal in our office. We called Charlie's Plumbing to fix and they were there within a couple of hours. They sent text updates when they were on the way, and when they were done. Customer Service was very helpful on the phone and we promptly received our invoice. Definitely recommend them for Emergency or same day service.
