I'm not a very 'handy' person but I've been in a few times when things have broken in our apartment. The employees are helpful and give really good advice. They have tons of selection but it's a bit cramped and disorganized at times

Excellent customer service from Ted. A true professional. Great price for a Precision Instruments torque wrench which Ted also delivered it to me via courier as I was from out of town. A text message was sent notifying me that the item was sent and an unexpected follow up to ensure that I had received the torque wrench. Many thanks Ted.
