I was surprised and dismayed when I overheard one of the cashiers laughing outloud with the security guard about a female customer who had left the store a few minutes before. This kind of disrespect for a customer will prevent me from returning to this store. The LCBO should review and ameliorate their hiring processes.

Clean, easy to navigate. But this is a smaller location so the selection is a little spare.
