Great service and the price is about what you'd expect for an e-cig shop in Vancouver. Their juice selection is awesome and this is a good place to go if you're looking to buy a first-time vaping device. They have a holiday sale going on right now so if you've been looking to get a vape/juice/coils I would suggest going soon!

I don’t know where to start the experience I get when going to the shop is awesome Connor is always helpful with any of the questions I have and is always able to fix things I can not fix. All of the staff members I have met at the shop are motivated to help with anything I need and are always friendly. They are always bringing in new product and their menu is always getting better whenever I go in they always have something new. Some shops do not have good stock but here they are always filled up. I will not go anywhere else!!! Thank you for the amazing service!

I actually dig the service here so much im happy to a buck extra to go to this place instead of another. The staff always seems to care about the customers and actually seem like real human beings, not pretentious "friendly" people. They actually have conversation with you. The store only stocks quality products, and with vapes it's better to get something well made.

The go-to store if you're out in the kits area. They are accommodating and knowledgeable but also allow you to grab juice yourself if you're just looking to get in and out. Chill music and a great selection of CBD products as well. Take it from a vet, visit Vaporz!

The staff are consistently friendly and knowledgeable about all products in the store. I find the selection of merchandise to be very interesting and satisfactory. i would highly recommend this Vape Shop as I have shopped around and Vaporz Vancouver are clearly top notch in this variable burgeoning industry.

Connor was very helpful. He didn't try to sell me anything more than what I wanted. I'm a newbie in vaping. He listened to what my wants and needs were and was able to sell me a superior product within my budget. Great place!

Super helpful and friendly staff, always suggesting new awesome flavors to try out. "Here taste this", "Smell this" Huge variety of inventory and flavors to choose from, lots of stock. Whether you're new or been vaping for years, they'll help you find what you need. Definitely my first choice vape shop.

The guy was really honest about the products. I checked because I had a few concerns about some of the vapes, but he mentioned them without me saying anything. I ended up with the Aspire Breeze and I'm really loving it. Def will go back to this place. Edit - I changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars. Its because on other days, there are workers who doesn't really seem to know their stuff... as well, there are other places that have a much diverse and wider selection. The owner is chill. The guy I bought my vape works on Sundays. I forgot his name but he's the real deal. I returned after a month or two and upgraded my vape - Drag and Valyerian. I'm loving it. The guy just knew what I needed. Go to that guy if you're a bit unsatisfied or want good service and experience. If you know who you are, please identify yourself in the comments. Edit - Star has been changed from 4 to 3. I know you guys have a no refund policy, but I think it's bad customer service to not allow refund when the product hasn't even left the store... I understand the it can't be done if I have left the store with the product, but come on man... I haven't even left the store.

Connor is the most informative and helpful vape expert! I have been to many vape shops and for the most part not overly helpful and a little stuck up. So happy I walked into this place, learned about coils, devices and salt juices.... love my new device, tank and juice! Ask for Connor!

this is the only place I go everyone is super cool and knowledgeable. They have always steered me towards the best devices for my money and I have never been disappointed. They even helped me out one time when I had a banking issue by spotting me some juice till my cheque cleared. Top points great spot
