I liked the store the first two times I went in to visit because it had what I needed. I remember the staff member being very nice, helpful and knowledgable on the first visit but the second visit lacked lustre because the guy didn't seem to know anything. Anyhow this is my 3rd go with the store and it's been nothing but frustration because when I went downtown it was closed... WOT.... And to avoid wasting my time again making another trip I tried calling ahead but no answer. I took a shot at paying a visit in person only to be left frustrated once again because it still closed. I've tried 4 different ways to establish contact and still no response. I don't think this store is in business anymore? Can anyone enlighten me?

Luv everything about this place! Several of the knives in my collection have been purchased there. Plus I bought vapes and even a drone there. Is there anything they don't have? If so I'm sure if you ask they'll get it in stock for you.

They did not have any juices for my 2 Vapes that I purchased there, but they had extra parts. Just was there at 10:10pm on May 26, 2021 and the guy said everything but fawk off and said they were closing when it's open to 11pm. I had bought both my vapes there and now they are no help. Go a block North and the vape shop there is more helpful and very friendly to bad as they just lost out on $200. Never going there again

Some of the guys who work here go from being nice & friendly to full on out of it / intoxicated depending on the time you are there. Hours and prices do vary and fluctuate, again depending on the night - and who happens to be working. In fact, my husband went in there one evening to find the place open, but with no one around. It turned out that someone was there, but was passed out in the back. For best results, I suggest calling before you go down.

Very knowledgable staff. I bought a pretty cool bong here. I enjoyed conversing with the guy behind the counter, like I said he knew his stuff. I definitely recommend this store to anyone wanting to buy any vape or vape-related stuff.

Great shop! I was fortunate as Martin, who works here, was very knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect rig at a good price. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are looking for anything for THC consumption.

Haven't been to the shop, only called. Midway into asking a simple question about a flavor of e-juice similar to cherry as my gf was in the vicinity and I was going to have her pick one up for me, Martin, the staff on duty, cut me off impatiently, and said in a shrill voice, “I'm not going to read you the whole list of flavors we have on stock! I'm too busy for that."- Not even letting me finish the question. Who knew a simple question about flavor cld be so overwhelming. Nonetheless, customer service is important. A simple, "hey, how about I call you back in a bit when it's less busy" would suffice. I won't lose sleep over rudeness, but this shop will potentially lose business over sloppy customer service.

Women beware! If you enjoy being around Middle Aged men who are on parole or being assisted by someone who smells like booze and looks like they just got high then head on over to this shop! The new staff will take a bump of cocaine in trades for a bong if you're Into that! Good luck with the customer service it's next to none - unless you're a street junkie they'll love you there... The slim selection they do have is incredibly over priced, I suggest go to RAO Mart or King Royal for a better experience and selection. Is there any way to post this with zero stars?
