WOW... that's what I said when I left the store. This guys rock! I came in to get some juice and Aaron took his time to show me everything, he listened to my preferences and presented me with juices. Loved the experience. On my next visit to Vancouver I'm stopping there again for sure. Keep up the good work guys!

These guys rule. Aaron is a really knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate guy. The vibe is kind of like walking into a friend's basement lounge. Comfy furniture, good music and people chatting and most importantly everyone is happy to see you. If you need help or product information there is literally no better place to go. The CJD juices are fantastic and clouds offers the unique feature of allowing customers to try any juice in the store. There is a reason I have spent almost $1000 here over the past year. If you are going to line someone's pocket there is no one better than an old friend.

I've been going here for years, and the staff are top notch in all ways, and I usually see Aaron inside there who is super cool and I literally go here whether I'm living in Kitsilano or downtown because friendliness is important to keep me comfortable in buying, since most stores carry the same product, leaving the competitive advantage of cool staff. If you're less than 5km away, I would check this place over wondering which of the other 200 vape stores are guaranteed to keep you happy. They understand the brain a lot too on knowing that not every person likes the same flavour, as opposed to other stores through the years thinking fruit loops is the best for everyone. LOL Their selection and pricing as well as care for customer is top notch. The reviews really show the consistency of this store since it's not brand new, and they always cared, and it's exciting to be part of them! x

Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to help you; wide selection of devices and juices at reasonable prices; mods and disposable drip tips available so you can try new juices before you buy; comfy bar stools and wood floors create a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere I would liken to a hipster coffee bar if you replaced all the hipsters with friends you like to chill with; all set to an unexpected selection of excellent music! I only went in because I happened to be downtown a journey I usually avoid at all costs running another errand a block away, but one visit was enough to turn me into a customer for life - now I walk straight past my old vape shop as I begin the dreaded trip downtown, because Clouds is worth it.
