Odd to post a three star review when I LOVE my clothes and shoes from there... but it is true, they were rude. It would be wonderful if they could improve their customer service. That said, I LOVE LOVE LOVE what I purchased. But at the price we paid (HUGE) yeah, sublime customer service would have been appreciated!!! Great selection so I would go back... For service, one star, for products, five stars.

It's places like If the Shoe Fits that making shopping on our sandbar a pleasure. Who needs the Cape Cod Mall when I can find fun and funky stuff right in Orleans.

Although "If The Shoe Fits" is small on space, it's large on selection and STYLE! It always feels like a shopping adventure going there. You will not see yourself coming and going in the clothes you buy there. The shoe selection is very fine, very stylish. The owner and staff help you to put outfits together in ways you would not have thought of. It's not for Plain Janes looking for basics. This shop is for women who are looking for some pizzazz in their clothing. The jewelry and accessories are great, too.

I made a special trip to go this store. I flew from out West to visit my family in Cape Cod. I bought wonderful shoes here about 5 years ago and I asked about them, she cut me off and was very snotty and said we turn our inventory often and walked away from me. I walked into the other room and she came back and asked "what do they even look like" and i said that is okay dont bother, and she gave this ughh sound and walked away. Very rude customer service and way overpriced. I would have bought something, as i like to support local business but this was obsurred.
