I just had the seal on my upstairs toilet fixed by VLPH. We noticed the leak on holiday Monday and called immediately Tuesday morning. I left a msg thinking they probably wouldn't get back to me until the next day but Louise called right at 8:15am. She was really helpful and got someone out to my place by 9:00am. Job was done fast and professional. Would highly recommend. ps. Louise was the real star of this show!

Not impressed with service provided. Was told upon initial consultation that the part we needed was found and on order; part that was ordered was not the correct part. Upon installation new parts were not caulked (we weren't made aware we needed to caulk it.) We noticed this after we showered... Plumber left mess of tile in tub, did not clean mess. Made a mess of drywall on our carpet, then thought to get something to drape over the carpet. He also left two bags of garbage. From previous experience contractors try to leave the residence as it was found. He changed our Brita filter onto our new tap, it was leaking before he left; he didn't notice. I now have a 18x22 inch hole in my wall. I was not given any information of another contractor to fix that hole, and that expense will be out of my pocket; not deducted from his almost $1000.00 paycheque. I don't normally write reviews, but this was an unpleasant service.
