Excellent staff. Friendly with excellent knowledge. I’ve been in there many times looking for certain items and it can be hard to explain. I would show them a video on my phone and they would set me right up. I love going there because they have exactly what I need. Definitely the first place I go for my plumbing needs in Norfolk.

Very knowledgeable and have everything you need for any plumbing project. So much easier than the 'big box' stores. Prices are comparable enough that the time saved more than makes up for it. Fixtures and finishings are top quality. You get what you pay for. It will always be my one stop regardless of the plumbing project.

I came here looking for something that wasn't sold by them I purchased the item online but they went out of their way to give me other choices and tried to even find the exact part I needed even going to the trouble of taking my info to call their supplier . They got back to me shortly after and even though they couldn't get the part they had a new system if I had wanted if . Now I entered this place not really knowing what i was doing with a very basically knowledge of plumbing, they treated me well and took the time to explain to me what I needed and I appreciate their patience and help I will definitely be back !

Good store, great sales person Rob! The only thing is there is no auto door opening. So if you are on a wheel chair or with a stroller it's hard to get in, although they do have a ramp  P. S. haha! Thanks Jeff! I'm 100% sure if Rob wasn't on the phone he would have opened the door for me! Anyway!  I had a very good experience with your store!

The staff really know their stuff - always have answers to all of my plumbing questions, and a fully stocked inventory of parts. We bought all of the bathroom fixtures from them for our last bathroom reno - very pleased with the quality and service.

These guys are great to work with. Even when it's something I havent done before, they make sure I have everything I need when I leave. Lots of helpful advice. Never going back to the big box stores!

Real help ... Not maybe sorta guessing help but real solutions to your plumbing problem , code compliant ideas , everything in stock on the shelf and in your hand to get your project or repair done.
