I will say that I was surprised with  a service fee quote. I can understand the fee if people are just shopping around for quotes. I do feel that if you accept the quote then that fee should be applicable to the quote price. Just my opinion. I do want to say that I was very pleased with the installation of a corner shower. The workmen were very professional and all had the patience of Job as I asked a lot of questions re the job. etc. They cleaned up the area and took away all the cardboard and other wrappings.  I would have no problem referring them.

I signed up for the annual plan which was not free because they made it sound like guaranteed prompt service, annual checkup, discount on some things. Tonight is the first time I had an emergency since signing up with them...called them 3 times and still no return call from a technician. My tub will not drain and I have people here needing a shower for work/school. I used liquid plumber twice then later draino. Still waiting but it's Saturday night so I guess they don't want to come. Previously they were here for annual inspection and I needed a toilet replaced and their prices are over the moon!!!! Would not recommend.

I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to throw money away. I called because my toilet pipes were frozen. We were told that it needs a steamer to defrost the pipes but they wouldn’t say how much it cost.

It cost $160.00 just to show up and my husband did all the work to get ready for them. So no work at all for them and collect 160 dollars is pretty good for them.Then they said that they wanted $800.00 to thaw the pipes and wanted us to pay for the rental of the steamer that they already had. They wanted us to pay $500.00 for the rental of the machine. What kind of business are they trying to run!!!!!  We will never ever use this company again.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Service was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. The situation was assessed and repaired faster than I had anticipated; they even cleaned up after themselves!! Very professional and friendly attitude. I wouldn't hesitate to call Harris Plumbing again, I really felt like they put my interest first.

This company is phenomenal.  Their level of customer service is what other business should strive to achieve.   I called them very last minute with a sump pump issue and a potential flood.  From the time of my call until they had a technician on site fixing the issue was less than 2 hours.  I will recommend them without hesitation.  Seriously impressed.
