Worst customer service ever from the customer service department. Only received partial shipment and getting them to either send out missing clothing or refund money was made impossible.

I bought a pair of sandals at the Moncton location, wore them twice and they broke. I hadn't planned to return them so didn't keep the receipt. I tried to exchange them in Fredericton, where I'm from, but was informed that they would not accept them without a receipt. They had no visible signs of wear, other than the broken piece so were obviously new. I will not shop there again.
