The stores cashier line is chaos now. Not sure why they they changed how the line works but now no one knows where to line up, people start making multiple lines and argue over who was here first, not to mention the line is now blocking the main 2 aisles of the store making it a headache to walk through as the line is funneled to the most trafficked areas like the main aisle and showcase.nnAnd on top of that, no one is close to the donation bins now so when you make a donation, it's near impossible to get to a worker to get a coupon, and that's if they believe you that you even donated because theyre 30 feet away and can't even see you donate.nnWhy change something that wasn't broken? The way the old line was set up was far superior.
Huge selection and very well kept. Easy to navigate around the store.
Honestly, I used to enjoy coming here but not anymore.nnFirst, the inflation in price for second hand and sometimes even DAMAGED items is absolutely insane. Who wants to spend $10 on a clearly used sweater with holes.nWith every visit I notice that they're also consistently short-staffed, leading to long wait lines for the self checkout. Most of the time they don't even have an actual checkout open, making getting assistance annoying and a game of patience.nAdditionally, the coupons. Why don't they work?nInsinuating that I've already used the coupon, that mind you I literally just got from the donation center, and am trying to scam them by trying to use it again is absolutely unprofessional.nnThis business has absolutely declined over the years and I suggest that everyone find a different thrift store, one that will give you better quality items for the same price as they're offering here.nAbsolutely ridiculous.
Visited this store today with a friend and a full 20 minutes before closing security told us to leave. We started slowly making our way over while browsing and he followed us through the store. He blocked the aisle we were walking up and told us very aggressively that we needed to leave now even with 15 minutes before closing and no line at the cash. We definitely would have bought more items if we hadn’t been rudely confronted. A very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Will not be returning any time soon.
I have been a thrifter for more than a decade and I have never had such a bad experience. Not only was I shook to see that EVERY single thin low quality shirt was 10$ consecutively, when I reached checkout the white employees profiled me and claimed that my items were not their original prices, proceeded to take them to the back and bring them back 3 times their original prices!!! And I know thrift prices the prices they returned were so so out of hand and unfathomable. They made me uncomfortable and nudged me into buying them anyway otherwise they were going to claim I wanted to steal. I later checked my receipt and they added an item I didn’t have at all!! An 11 dollar item. I payed 70$ for 1 shirt 2-1$ items, a 6$ plate and 6$ bag, one pair of old shoes. How the hell did I pay for 70$ for 5 items and only one cloth. They have trully been so neglectful, completely ruined my view on modern thrifting. I will be suing. I will be reporting.
