Wow! That is all that I can say. I've always enjoyed this particular location but since the overhaul in the last month or two the space is beautiful. The staff here is always very friendly and more than happy to help out with gift suggestions or trying to locate a particular book. I especially love all of the activities that they plan for kids in their Indigo Kids section. This is also a go-to for any birthday party shopping. They will even wrap the gift for you at not additional cost!

One of the last remaining Chapters bookstores that made the change to an Indigo, this location provides the same level of book finding expertise that you'd find at other Indigo book stores. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their literary selection. Parking is always easy to find despite the Starbucks inside being a popular place for patrons.

Went across town for a specific book, they were supposed to have 3 on hand, none to be found. On the other hand I got a great deal on the new Jordan Peterson book 12 Rules for Life. I found it odd that a current best seller was marked down 40 percent and in a discount pile, made me wonder if the management has a political bone to pick with the author. Bathroom was clean.

This Chapter Indigo is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. If the staff do not know what you’re looking for they are more than happy to do a little research to help you out. This is my go to book store. They have a great selection of books in their big store. More often than not you will find what you’re looking for in this Chapters Indigo. I highly recommend this location for all your novelty needs.

Great location but I am not fond of the new layout and design. It's less inviting, warm and cozy. Looks modern but not what I would want from a bookstore. The staff is great though, I have never had a bad experience.
