The most uneducated people work here. In particular those who price the items. You need to realize Ebay does not determine the value of an item. You guys get everything for free and donate based on weight not on the profit you receive. There's no need to overprice the way you do, thrift stores are there so people can find cool things at a good reasonable price. Maybe one day people will wise up and stop donating to your store.

Overall it's pretty good but omggggggg the people running the checkout have ZERO sense of urgency, so if you've got kids with you, have to go to the bathroom, or just don't want to be in line for more than 15 minutes, this is not the place for you. If you don't mind super stinky people and stuff, unique finds, and taking your time rummaging, this is definitely the place for you. I like it, however, I realize it's probably not for everyone

Value Village is a for-profit corporation, in case you didn't know! That said, the selection of items at this location is decent and well-priced, except for small home appliances and books. These things at all Value Village may be double the price versus other thrift stores. Everything else is reasonable, however. Staff at this particular location are not that friendly (some are, some aren't)...

I love this store wld have in better for me if I hadn't of gotten $75 worth of clothes and stuff and gotten up to the cash register with my cards and when they check them before I bring my stuff there when I had about $13 12 on one and two one another but the manager or the girl that was there at was great and so understanding and kind and patient and that made me feel a lot better

This is supposed to be a non-profit thrift store. Prices are getting more and more pricey everyday. I think Corporation is taking full advantage of the advertising they are getting on the Marilyn Denis Show which is not fair to lower-income people. Won't be shopping here anymore.
