Value Village

It is a very nice store...but Common you guys get all your stuff for free donations.. but you over charged And over price your merchingdise. You are supposed to be a discount store.. a resale shop. But your prices are way too high... How are low class people are supposed to afford those High prices.. even Bargain Shop and Giant Tiger are cheaper than you. Won't be back for a while.

Very big Value Village. Has pretty much everything and even seasonal items. Friendly staff.

To whom it may concern,i am a retiree who battled cancer and unfortunately i live behind the V.V store in was east Windsor i do have a problem with the manager because items and i am not talking about clothes heavy items are tossed into a large recycle bin at 7.30 A.M and the bin is 70 ft from my house, can you imagine being asleep and the noise BOOM BOOM BOOM waking you up ,when i go to sleep at night i shutter wondering when the noise is going to start, i have talked to the manager about V.V. having a detrimental affect on my life and the manager told me to talk to regional manager she was in the store that day .The regional manager was stunned that i would complain against V.V..I do not sleep with my wife no more because the further away from the noise i sleep the better till BOOM BOOM BOOM things came to boil three years ago when two bags of clothes were in my backyard,now having been stressed out for years i tossed the two bags of clothes over the fence that were in my back yard and called a male employee a jack ass i lost it..the East Windsor manager called the police on me,while i was waiting waiting for the men in blue to show up i walked and asked the manager calmly why all the noise at 7.15 A.M. i brought my mid sized dog with me...she told the police i threatened her with the animal,the police blamed me because V.V. does so much for charity....another time during the Christmas holiday i asked a worker why the noise at 7.15 am so the next day the manager wanted to show me who the boss was and surely enough at 6.30 am boom boom boom.Value Village is a for profit store the city fathers were considering that resale shops place a sticker on drop off boxes declaring that a store is a for profit or not ,the council voted it down,could it that that V.V. pays more taxes into the city coffers than real charitable used clothing stores?

Nice store but the prices have gone up way too much. Some of the stuff you see here you could get brand new at Wal-Mart and a lot cheaper.
