Chapters - Windsor

First off, I'm not really one to write a review but knew the minute we left the store that I had to write this. Last weekend, my husband and I met the most friendly staff member! I'm usually an online shopper and dreaded going to the mall on a Friday night. The check out line was relatively short but while we waited I overheard the woman in front of us laughing with the man working the register. I figured they must have known each other just judging by the way they spoke during such a short interaction. We were up next and were immediately greeted with a cheery "hey there!". The man working the register went out of his way to be genuine and personable while ringing in our items. He spoke to us like an old friend and made an effort to have a real conversation- from throw blankets, to new shows on Netflix. It was probably only a 5 minute conversation and as we left, I turned to my husband and said "I really have to write a review, that guy was awesome", he said "yep that's what I was thinking, his name tag said Bill". Bill, you were highlight of our day and the best customer service I've experienced! Thanks!

Good environment, nice staff, okay background music. Good hours. What more could you ask for?

Not impressed with the decimation of the magazine department. All of my favorites are now no longer present

Big store with many options and I like the layout, also nice how it has a Starbucks
