I'm generally impressed with the variety and quality available. Many pieces offer excellent value, often from top brands, at a fraction of their original prices. While some items show light wear, I've found that most are still in great condition and just need a wash to feel like new. Shopping used also allows for unique finds, often with a bit more character than typical retail options. Overall, it's a budget-friendly and sustainable way to expand a wardrobe with quality pieces.
I’ve been a regular customer at this store for quite some time, but my most recent visit left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. When I entered, I greeted the security guard and asked him a quick question. Almost immediately, one of the staff members raised her voice at me, questioning why I was speaking to the security guard in such a harsh tone. I believe this could have been addressed in a much more polite and professional manner, perhaps by simply offering assistance or asking if I needed help.nnAs I continued to shop, I noticed that the same staff member seemed to be following me, and I overheard her telling others that I was showing attitude. I was genuinely confused, as I hadn’t interacted in any way that would warrant such an assumption. When I addressed the situation with the manager, I was met with resistance and a refusal to discuss the issue further. Additionally, when I asked where I could file a complaint, the response I received was dismissive and rude from the fellow employee.nnHaving worked in customer service for many years, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism. It’s essential that staff, especially in managerial roles, lead by example and ensure customers feel valued. I truly hope that my experience can serve as an opportunity for reflection and improvement in how the team engages with customers.nnThis was a disappointing experience for me as a loyal customer, and I hope future visits will reflect a more respectful and welcoming approach.
Look over the goods, especially puzzles.nnMaking sure that ALL of the pieces are there.nI got ski boots for $9, Retailn$90++nBe smart when you buy and check over your goods for defects.nnOtherwise Happy Saving!!
I bought a pair of shoes for my kid and took them home finding out that they were too small. I went back after few days and ask them to assist me. Well then that time i also don't have my receipt with me. A manager approached me and walked me through. I was able to change the shoes. Its Such a very accommodating store. Thanks
Terrible staff and no change rooms. Plus no returns only exchanges, not to mention the price went from very low to help the poor in need to sky rocket ridiculous. This place has lost its true purpose. Now just a ridiculously overpriced, false advertisement of big franchise that was originally started to help the greater good. Disgusting I must say.
