They advertised a baby car seat for half off. We went to pick it up and they said only good in Ontario and Quebec. We not not happy with the response and said we'll order on and bring it in for us. They said it's $200.00 for shipping between stores. BULL. Then changed story again and said it's discontinued. What a sham that was.
The staff is always fantastic here. They always know all the questions we have to ask. And the stock that they have is fantastic. For our baby and 2yr old it is truly a perfect place to get everything we need.
I'd rather support a Canadian company than Amazon, so it's an easy choice to stop here first if I need a gift for a niece or nephew. Tonnes of toys for all ages of kids, even big ones like me.
My husband and I were recently in to purchase a travel system for our first child. Ellen was extremely helpful to us from letting us push the stroller around the store, checking to see if the car seat and base fits in our car, and answering any questions about car seats and strollers in general. She was very patient with us and gave us space to try things out and talk over everything.
Employee helping with bikes was great. The ones they had on display weren't necessarily what they had available, but I was able to find the one we wanted on the website and the employee hunted it down in the back.
