I was looking online at a crib/dresser set but they did not have any stock at my local store Saskatoon and it was unavailable online. After discussing my options with the Saskatoon store I called this location as I found out they had some in stock. Ellen was so helpful in setting up transport of the items from Regina to Saskatoon on a shared delivery? truck as they aren't set up for regular store-to-store transfers. She also ensured I would still get the sale price even though the transfer would take place after the sale. Her care and initiative was very appreciated and I hope her excellent customer service does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Ellen!
Been patronizing toys r us for decades & we usually buy toys from here as gifts.nPerhaps toys r us should consider introducing a chargeable play area with seasonal toys. Sometimes parents just don't want to spend $100-$150 each time we bring our kids here. Wouldn't mind spending a portion of it if my kids get to explore some seasonal, outdated or used toys for about an hour. Something like an indoor playground. Just a suggestion.
They advertised a baby car seat for half off. We went to pick it up and they said only good in Ontario and Quebec. We not not happy with the response and said we'll order on and bring it in for us. They said it's $200.00 for shipping between stores. BULL. Then changed story again and said it's discontinued. What a sham that was.
very limited stocks. i have been seeing the same items since september for GI JOE, Transformers and Marvel Legends. website is no good either. if you're an adult collector you would be disappointed hunting for toys here. prices at walnart are cheaper if you compare prices for the same item.
happy this place hasnt closed down like the rest, they have some great toys and bring back memories
