Wow! Dropped in to drop off a parcel return. The politeness and willingness to help by the staff here was unlike I’ve ever experienced in years. Displays of cards and stocking stuffers lured me I. To do some shopping while here. The best thing at this store tho is the staff - they seemed genuinely happy to be there.
We dropped in to get some photos printed while we were in town for a few days. Daphne in the printing department was exceptional!! Friendly, professional and very helpful getting our orders in and ready when we picked up the same day. We highly recommend this store with the fantastic service we were given. We will definitely return!!
The largest stationery and office supplies store in Regina.Practically covers all categories. Spacious aisles. Printing done under Solution Shop.Quality in general is good; but, prices are high; may be due to absence of competition. 2 passport size photographs costs around Can$50.Pick up and delivery also available.
I went in to buy a corded computer mouse.nnThere was one on the shelf, but it didn't say it's cords length.nnI went to one person and they said it would be a standard arm's length, not something I needed.nnI went to put it back on the shelf, when a lady named Preevena came up to me and asked me if I needed any help.nnI told her I was looking for a corded computer mouse, but the one here wasn't long enough.nnShe told me she had another, but it wasn't on the shelf yet.nnShe told me she would go get it.nnShe went and got a stair ladder, going to her overstock and handing me another option.nnThat one didn't show it's cord length either.nnShe went online and looked up the specifications. They were in inches. I wondered what that translated to in feet. She went online again and did the conversion.nnIt was exactly what I needed.nnShe took me directly to a till, and helped me complete the transaction.nnShe told me that if I wasn't satisfied, that I could bring it back, with box and receipt and get a refund.nnThis woman went above and beyond, and I want her employers to know how great she did!nnI too am in retail, and I don't want her attention to be not noticed!nnThank you Preevena!nnRespectfully,nnRhonda Nightingale
Great place for all sorts of stationery and business supplies. I appreciate the opening of early and late hours. There’s always somebody available to help with questions and options or to take you to where you’ll find what you need. Lots of space in the aisles and nowhere feels overstocked and crammed. The copy space has plenty of machines that are most always full of paper and there’s never a lineup. The workspace is adequate and supplies are available to use without extra charge. And it’s always kept neat and clean.
