Edit: I needed a plumber again and true to my word went back to Esser. Unfortunately they were booked up the day I called and I needed service right away so they referred me to another local plumber who was able to resolve my issue. Esser lost a sale in order to do right by me. That's great customer service! ************************************************************************* My plumbing problem turned out to be more involved than originally thought. After they fixed the first leak a second one was discovered and Esser had to come back to resolve it which they did quickly and efficiently. Would definitely go to them again!

Great plumbers. Used them twice, once to replace floats in 3 high toilets and to replace a hot water heater. Rob was punctual and efficient when the water meter had a small leak he told me to call the water company to replace the gasket which they did at no cost. Even the city employee who came to fix it was very praiseworthy if the company. Highly recommend these guys. A+

I've had them come out twice for work - once to install a tankless water heater and once to do some plumbing repair work. In both cases the workers were efficient, friendly, and professional. I called them for the second work because of the great job during the first call, and will use them in the future when I have plumbing to be done.

Had a leaky kitchen sink and Travis knew exactly what needed to be replaced after a few minutes of diagnosing the issue. Great reliable service when you need it most. Thanks for your help! -Jon & Jamie
