Run far far away!! Brought bike in to get valves set. Told they were done, got it home ran worse then when we brought it in. Called, was told it had to be our problem that when they tested it things were fine ( we pushed it on truck because it was raining so didn’t actually try it till we got home ) so not possible for it to be “ our problem” We took it to pro cycle in the city where we were told someone didn’t know what they were doing cause it was done wrong. Paid them 1000.00 to get it fixed and running top notch. When I called valley Yamaha and told them I wanted my money back because a 3rd party had to fix their mistake. He got mad and told me it was fine when we left. He would not take responsibility for it and all I was asking for was the money we gave him, not the extra money out of our pocket. We have been there since to purchase things we need in a pinch ( because it’s closer then pro cycle) and we always end up walking out and driving the hour plus to go to pro cycle. He will never change............

Valley Yamaha has the worst customer relations I have ever experienced!!! I brought a new snowmobile there, I answered the CSI survey honestly, then Kirk called me, at work, to get mad at me because I guess I didn't give him a 5 star rating and proceeded to hang up on me. That is just the attitude you are dealing with KIrk, my advise is to think twice before you buy anything at Valley Yamaha!!!

Guys at the shop treated me well and gave me the best prices, I'll defiantly go back.

Kirk and the guys have always been good to me. Alot depends on your attitude when you come through the door. The industry is a tough one and you put up with alot , mistakes happen, phone calls are sometimes missed but cut them some slack because unless you have worked in this industry you don,t know.
