I needed a VERY special delivery done. This business was VERY accommodating to my needs. Employees were VERY kind & honest. The business was very clean, neat & attractively decorated, inside and out. The fence outside has caught my attention for years because of the decorations. This how I found them & knew enough to patronize them as I live in a town 20 miles away. I will return for business.

Ordered flowers and was all wrong! The owner was very matter of fact with me...almost rude...when trying to figure out a solution to THEIR problem. Horrible business manners! When I called to confront them about my issue, she knew exactly what I was calling for before I even said anything, which means it was done intentionally. The order looked NOTHING like what I had ordered. The photo published above by the name is what I posted on here. The flowers on top are what my Mother received for Mother's Day...the flowers on the bottom are what they were supposed to look like! And she couldn't figure out why I was mad when I called?!? When you pay for something, you expect to get what you paid for...not something thrown together that looks NOTHING like what you ordered. Her response to me was "they were busy". REALLY!?!? It's Mother's Day, of course you're busy, but that's no excuse to substitute without notice. Especially when an order is place well in advance for the occasion! VERY VERY VERY disappointed! I could have paid less money for grocery store flowers and gotten better quality and much prettier flowers! Will NEVER order from here again...and will tell everyone I know about my experience so they can avoid the same thing happening!
