Valley Federal Credit Union

I’ve been at First Interstate my whole time banking and I absolutely hated them. Every single VFCU I go to has outstanding customer service. I have never felt so calm and at ease while banking. Everyone I have dealt with have been absolutely impeccable!! Never going back to anywhere but VFCU!!!

My family has banked with Valley as far back as I can remember and I'm 54 I'm excited and happy to be a member my family members have been absolutely undoubtedly please I would have joined a long time ago or bank I should say with you a long time ago but I've been married my ex-husband was privy to a different bank

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Christy Z was amazing to work with and in a timely manner. I will be move all my banking here as well as my family! Thank you

I have been a member of VFCU and the Heights branch since the late 1970's. The staff thru out the years have been excellent to deal with and one really does feel like family there. My latest needs were taken care of promptly and my visit not only handled what I needed but I had a very nice time doing what I needed to accomplish. I always send people to Valley. The entire crew at VFCU Heights deserves the highest rating possible. They are much appreciated by me.

If you live in the heights and want to bank here beware the atm is literally always down and when it's up doesn't work half the time, I am switching to Chase or stockman for this very reason

The cashier was Bowden he made me give my finger print on a check that was payroll I had my ID never had to do that in roundup at the other bank but he claimed it was policy so why didn't they make me do it there

I have always been treated VERY WELL at every VFCU in Billings! I've been a member now for 40+yrs.

Always use valley no other bank treats customers this well!! And I never really have to wait a long time

I have my car loan through Valley and I have had nothing but good interactions with everyone. I've had to refinance my car for repairs and Valley has made the process stress free and kept my payment the same. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a loan.

I have done at least six car loans and now I am done with this credit union. Stacey has been great but the manager and the other loan officer do not know what they are doing. Aaron wouldn't let me change loan officers and then denied my loan because I wouldn't work with Carmie. Horrible credit union and they since sold the car that they repoed early out of contract, for way less then what it was worth. Three employees are untrained an incompetent. She is argumentative and doesn't listen. I was totally professional and this is the second time this lame manager has tried this. I have perfect credit and now I have to get a pre approved again by another credit union. Do yourself a favor go across the street this credit union is a disaster. I AM DONE WITH VALLEY!
