US Bank error results in debiting the wrong account for 2 months on a correctly set up auto pay. Phone calls got us nowhere so we made an appointment to clear this up in person. A few minutes later I get a call from Ian manager of North Park telling us to call in to resolve the issue. I must say he was quite curt and rude on the phone and we do not look forward to going into our appointment. I would never recommend any bank over a credit union and certainly would stay away from US Bank.
Great branch. Jeni is the best! I can’t forget my guy Ian. He was at the bank downtown where I used to go then it’s almost like we moved together to the North Park branch. Great walking in this place. ATM is very safe and well lit at night. I will sometimes send my son at night while I sit in the car... obviously where O can see him but I don’t feel like he is ever in any danger by himself.
Very disappointed at the customer service given by Ian baeza wouldn't cash me half the amount of the check exactly the same way they cashed it the week prior, No if ,what's or buts about it Very disappointed in u.s bank makes me want to change banks unfortunately I've been with u.s bank for over ten years but these guys are loosing me and right when I'm starting my construction business "CALVAREZ HOME REPAIRS"
As soon as i walked through the door i was treated like a movie star. Jeni Sandler the banker was amazing shes was the most friendly person i have ever met.Not only did i open a checking account here but Jeni also gave me useful tips on how to rebuild my credit. Wendy and the other tellers are also friendly and amazing.Im so happy to be banking here
They are closing earlier than they are supposed to 4pm which is obviously a major inconvenience during this pandemic. Also, every last banker I have ever dealt with at this location is incredibly rude- especially to folks who have accents.
Very difficult bank to do business with. They don’t accept cash deposits, can’t transfer money online to different accounts, makes you wonder what you get for being their customer
They were great here. I'm not even a customer but I came in with a savings bond SDCCU wouldn't cash it and they cashed it for me for free.
