Valley Family Practice

My doctor is Sean Cambridge and I found him to be one of the best doctors I have ever had in my lifetime. I feel both heard and respected in all my interactions with him. The reception staff at the front desk are exceptional, they are patient and kind. This is especially noteworthy given this office is always bustling. To avoid experiencing any long waits, I call ahead and ask the approximate wait time and they are always bang on with estimates. When I do wait, I love that there are wide screen TVs playing some form of BBC Planet Series. I have been in other offices, where they have sports, cartoons or constant news playing, which is either uninteresting or just adds stress to my day. The TV programs in Dr. Cambridge office are relaxing and informative. I have appreciate the medical assistants so much - they are super nice. For example, I have Jessica escort me to the back, take vitals and so on, and she is so incredibly friendly. I actually look forward to seeing her. I have always had pleasant experiences at Dr. Cambridge's office, and yes of course, it is almost always busy - that is to be expected when people provide good service. Yes, I experience wait times, I understand that Dr is busy caring for patients, just like the kind and compassionate service that he provides for me, while he is tends to my well being.

The Cambridge Team is the most amazing blessing to our entire family from the children to the seniors they are exceptional in physical and mental health solutions as well as being so respected by the specialists they have the referral connections to put you in the best hands months ahead of others. We live it. They are a huge part of our family.

Dr. Nyirenda is a very caring doctor. She takes the time to hear your concerns and does what is best for the patient. She will refer when necessary to specialists. I find the staff pleasant and feel the location is great as well. I have never seen any "junkies" as another reviewer has posted. I am so happy to be able to come here for my medical care.

I have no complaints! Rosemary Cambridge has been a great doctor for me and the staff have always been lovely towards me. I can get in to see my doctor when I need to and sure sometimes I might have to wait a few minutes but that's normal anywhere!

As a young woman who lives with anxiety, I find it hard to deal with the reception staff. I find them to be borderline rude. I never see them smile, and they if you ask them for anything, they almost act is if you're bothering them; as though it's not precisely what they're being paid to do. I like my Doctor though, Doctor Cambridge is very kind. Only drawback is she likes to talk, ergo she's often quite behind and you have to sit and wait.
