Really bad customer service after sale and lies told at purchase. I have been told when i bought my 2 suitcases that they dont break or rip and that there is a lifetime warranty. After 1-2 yr both of the suitcases i bought ripped and broke. I called them about 20x with a call back promise, no response. They told me to email them, which i did about 6-7x, no response. They told me to contact their service center JP grimard, that told me that they dont cover this brand anymore. Basically, i bought this on false promises + never got my suitcases repaired. Dont buy there.

Really great personal service. They spoke to me at length about my needs and budget and found me my ideal suitcase, along with a good discount. I'm happy I found this shop and I really recommend it to anyone who's in the market for a suitcase and wants to know their options.
Really nice people; bought two hardcase 62” bags from them. Found the quality to be solid and the salespeople/ owners were kind and attentive. Cheaper than the Bay, so go directly here instead.
I bought a backpack and went to exchange it and the owner refunded me the difference. Very nice guy and very good customer service with fair prices.
This store does not have any return policy. So you are are planning to buy and know for sure you wont return or exchange it then go for it. I had bought one bag for gift, I went to return/exchange it on next day the guy refused it. Even in their website, the return/exchange page gives http 404 error that means, it does not exist.

been going off and on for 18 years I bought 2 Samsonite on the weekend and the service and price was amazing
worst customer service ever!!! my backpack broke up and was under warranty so I bring it to them to repair... it's been already 2 months and still dont have it!!! ;
