Same story on my side. I have a "credit" of $5600 with Expedia which is impossible to use unless I pay an additional $600 for each ticket. Unable to speak to a supervisor or get explanations in writing. On the phone we are offered “arrangements” which are never respected. They should not be allowed to call themselves a travel agency.
Unreachable for questions and said they are the contact person for Expedia in Quebec. Expedia is in trouble.
Expedia representative for Quebec who does not respond to my message and my complaint involving Expedia. Use of the famous credit which loses its value in their hands.
