Communication throughout the whole process was sparse, it took weeks for them to respond to any questions I had. And then it was often "speak with your schools organizer". And then our trip was canceled due to the pandemic and they only refund 75% of the funds! So, they were paid $18 000 for a trip that never happened and that they had a month to cancel flights and accommodations for. I am extremely unimpressed with this company and if this is the company that my school uses for future trips, none of my other children will be going.

Getting a refund for our daughters trip that was canceled has been a nightmare. I will be filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency in Canada to hopefully rectify this situation.

Great location at Old Port. Loft style work environment. Always nice to go on a walk
