VA Clare Clinic

My care was normal or basically uneventful... typical poking and prodding the doctors do. I have had blood drawn for 33 years now, and have never had such a totally miscalculated attempt at blood drawing. DO NOT LET TRAVIS NEAR YOU!!!! WARNING!!! I can barely bend my arm, and as you can see by the bruise, he was no where where they always suck blood. He was either f'd up, pissed off, or just needs to find another occupation. I am sooo upset. I have had many "misses" and bruises, but never through my muscle and almost into my elbo socket. I can't imagine. I hope he didn't just rub a needle against the toilet to vent a bit after fighting with his gal. FIRE HIM!!! He will never come at me with a needle again, and I will tell him why. I will follow this review with a formal complaint tomorrow.

these people at this clinic are awesome everyone is just so polite and helpful everyone that i have seen and talked to was helpful and polite as heck. they have told me things that i never even knew about and then went ahead and straightened everything out for me from the minute you walk into the door until you leave you are treated with respect thankyou so much clare va outpatient clinic and god bless you all
