8/01/22-referred by primary to Dr. Carella, endocrinologist. Scheduled new patient appointment for early December 2022. Office called in November 2022 to reschedule as that was the week Dr. was going to take for Christmas break, rescheduled for February 9, 2023. Received call November 29th, 2022 to reschedule AGAIN due to Dr. not being in the office, earliest appointment April 5, 2023. I understand there are not many endocrinologists in the area and they are in high demand but it does not appear they take their patient's time into consideration. Add that the office doesn't have a cancellation list to possibly get in sooner, I decided to cancel the April 5, 2023 appointment. NINE MONTHS for an appointment, NO ONE is THAT good! I feel for the office staff for having to deal with this instability and inconsistency in the office.

Don't expect Dr Thomasz Stankiewicz I was his patient for a yr to be on time as he was late for my appointment by 28 minutes, then nurse comes in goes over med refills and pain in knee from fall. Dr Thomasz comes in and complains about my Refills from Cardiologist, Pain management etc Dr's. He is the PCP but refuses to give refills! Don't go to him! He then complained that he had to sit by his wife at home and review my meds as to why I need them! Then told me to go back to his old PA and walked out. No help and USELESS DR!

The staff is rude. The ladies at the desk make no effort to find you a appointment when you call and they are rude. Dr. Isacas was useless. When tell us one think then tell my I’ll family member something else she gets didn’t have to be the bad guy, then he retired. When he retired Dr.Bakus took over. She is a awful physician with no intention of helping people. Her personality can only be compared to that of Regina George from the movie mean girls. And that was a description from one of her own staff. She is not helpful or knowledgeable when it comes to chronic illness. She does not have and help to improve quality of life. She would give a referral for help unless you know exactly what you need. You might as well be your own doctor. I don’t recommend this office to anyone . You better know what you need as far as health cause of you don’t they won’t !

Office administration is the WORST! No call backs, if leave a message after recording says "you'll be in order the call received' the return call is 2 days later. I've made 4 contacts with the office to get a prescription filled, still nothing. Love my doctor, but am ready to leave this broken place!

Everytime I come here my doctor is 60+ minutes behind and I have to walk out, I have a job. If I make my appointment and it is at 9:30, I should be going back to see the doctor at 9:30. This is very unprofessional, here I set time and money to the side to see a doctor for my medical problems and they can't even keep to their word. Do not come here if you don't want to wait.

Central Scheduling will confirm one date and schedule you for a completely different day. Was confirmed for the 5th, show up at 7:00am and am told the appointment is for the 19th when I am out of town... Terrible.

I have been on hold for 93 minutes and counting, and that's just to make an appointment. Nobody has answered yet. This is common every time I call. There is no way to leave a voicemail. I do not feel I get good care when I am there, either. I once got a blood draw, and got a call a day later from my doctor who said he forgot to order the required tests, so I needed to come in for another draw. Half the time my concerns are ignored, and I still have the same issue I came in to get seen for with no referral, remedy, or anything. I make sure to speak up too. I always wait at least 45 minutes to see the doctor once in the room, too. This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Billing is also terrible, as I've been billed for the same thing multiple times. I have dual insurance and most everything should be free. When I do need to pay, I pay right away and then get told I never paid.

I just got a call today saying I have labs I need done before going to my Dr. Appointment tomorrow that was supposed to be done a week ago. I had called last Monday and they told me the orders hadn't even been put it and they would call me later that day to let me know it was good... over a week later and the day before my appointment they finally call saying I Need to make sure I have those labs done before my appointment. Seems like the service is a common complaint at this practice

I definitely do not recommend this drs office. I waited 6 months for an appointment only for them to call and cancel 2 hours before I needed to arrive. I rescheduled for another month out and I received another notice that my appointment was cancelled SAME DAY as my actual appointment. No other appointments available until November. Both times the receptionist was rude to me, telling me they called and left voicemails, which I have no record of. 0/10 don’t recommend.

i love my doctor, dr. mir, but i’ve had issues with a certain secretary at the office. i was dealing with a major health issue at the time and told the secretary dr. mir told me to reschedule for two weeks. she got me rescheduled then all of a sudden she changed my appointment and she said dr. mir never schedules that soon. i told her i was dealing with something and that’s what dr. mir told me. she refused to change the appointment. keep in mind, MAJOR HEALTH ISSUE. my mom then came back to the office to tell her to change my appointment back and she resisted but did. she then wrote in my MEDICAL file that i was “causing issues.” from one secretary to another, this is not how you treat your clients ESPECIALLY when they are dealing with something to do with their health.
