Very rude staff. Drove out of town to have my child seen in order to be sure no other children in class would be sick before school and as soon as I entered the receptionist was extremely rude and asked us to wait outside due to protocol, but has zero knowledge on how to speak to people and said “we can’t have that in here” despite the fact that we would be going in. Learn how to speak to people and own your actions before HANGING UP ON PEOPLE! Absolutely disrespectful and if you don’t want an earful of how you treated people then don’t dish it out. This woman should be ashamed of being in a customer facing position if she can’t even calming direct someone without being rude about it.
A week ago, my daughter complained of having a sore throat. I was nervous about strep, so I took her here to have a test done. When I checked her in, they informed me I needed to stay in my vehicle because of her symptoms. I understand, but after sharing that the heat went out in my car the day before, was there anyway to accommodate us inside. I was rudely told no. We sat in my car for an hour, while it was 20° outside, with no heat. They had zero care that we were freezing. This morning my son woke up screaming that his ear hurt, on my way here, I called to see how long the wait was. I was told at least an hour, probably more. I then asked if I could check him in since I was only a few minutes away. They told me no, it wouldn’t be fair to the other patients that showed up. What is the difference if I called 2 miles away or when I was in the parking lot, it’s still over an hour wait. No matter what time of day, or day of the week, the staff at the desk are rude. It’s embarrassing to say I work in the medical field with people like the ones who work here.
The staff is extremely rude and they don't give you an estimate on how long you have to wait in your vehicle. When I called to see after 45 mins, how long it's going to be still, she LAUGHED AT ME and said, "That's nothing. It's usually 2 hours...." 2 hours to wait in a car with a small child and no warning?!?! I had been here before and never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen...place is rude as can be.
After they ugly-cry for 5 minutes and call for backup over a mask not being over your nose they'll make you wait for all the walk-ins that showed up to be served first. Showed up 12 minutes prior to appointment and was called in 35-40 later... approximately 26 minutes after the appointment. Then be prepared to write your name a dozen times on the same sheet of paper while they ask you what your name is and phone number and email and mother's maiden namesake's position at the paper mill in 1857. Watched every patient pick up pens from the "dirty" cup and put them back. "FoR YoUR sAfEtY!"
I was seen by Kathy rohdes for a sinus infection. Got tested for Covid. Obviously negative. Then she said nothing was wrong with me just viral.. Here it is almost two wks later and I had to miss another day of work because Im congested horribly and coughing. So not only did I have to miss work again I have to go back into a different Dr. Pay the copay to get antibiotics. Not the first time this has happened with the same Dr. Will not be returning to clare urgent care. The staff on the other hand was very nice.
Rude, Connie who works the front desk turned us away a hour before they closed on Saturday said they didn’t have time to see us. When we returned the next day she kept us waiting in the parking lot for a hour when there wait time says 15 mins , apparently they have a new protocol that if you have any symptoms of anything you have to wait in your vehicle but the day before the lobby was full . This place is a joke. If you can go somewhere else I recommend it …. I would have rated them no star.

If you want to go somewhere that takes forever. That thinks of you as money. Not as a patient. This is the place
The nurse came in took some notes and my blood pressure. She then went out and talked to the doctor. I was being seen for a migraine headache and the doctor sent the nurse back in and refused to see me stating that they don’t treat pain. I asked if the doctor could at least check my sinuses to see if that was the issue and they said no. Then the nurse said “the good thing is you’re not being charged , because you weren’t seen” Terrible treatment!!!
They use to listen to their patience, but now they are rushing people out the door thinking everyone is there for covid test. I went in for help with a bad head cold, turn out I had strep on top of it. They gave me a script for a antibiotics but they sent it to a different pharmacy. One that doesn't even take my insurance. Not only did I have to hunt down my script but I had to pay for it. An on top of it they never helped me with the head cold.
